1. Entry of personnel
All those entering the purification workshop must swipe their cards (it is strictly forbidden to enter from the buffer area of raw materials and finished products). First enter the shoe changing area. After changing the purified shoes, enter the corresponding dressing room respectively, take off their coats, put on clean work clothes, and then enter the air shower room. After air shower in strict accordance with the code for use of air shower room, they enter the purification workshop.
matters needing attention:
1) The personnel entering the purification workshop shall not wear any jewelry and other accessories irrelevant to production, such as mobile phones, MP3, MP4, radios and other electronic products, which are not allowed to be brought into the workshop;
2) All workers who come into contact with products and materials in the purification workshop must wear gloves;
3) In case of special circumstances, operators who must touch the product with bare hands must disinfect their hands every 30 minutes during production operations, or they must be disinfected after hand washing.
2. Personnel out
Everyone in the workshop can only go out of the purification workshop through the exit door next to the air shower room. The purification shoes and clothing shall be placed in strict accordance with the management specification for purification shoes and clothing.
3、 Material management
1. Materials, tools and new equipment entering the purification workshop must be unpacked in the unpacking area to ensure cleanliness, and then enter through the incoming buffer room, and make corresponding records and acceptance;
2. Objects irrelevant to production shall not be stored in the purification workshop as far as possible. The stored objects irrelevant to production shall be marked with the storage date. Those stored for more than two days shall be cleaned regularly. The objects that can not be stored in the purification workshop and useless objects shall be cleaned in time;
3. Articles shall be stored in order. Trolleys, raw materials and cleaning tools used in production shall be stored in corresponding areas when not in use, and the corresponding areas shall be classified and marked with identification tapes;
4. It is forbidden to use non purification articles in the purification workshop. If they must be used, they should be placed near the air return outlet;
5. The finished products after inspection shall be neatly stacked in the designated area, marked with identification tape, and uniformly transported out of the workshop by the shipping buffer zone.
4、 Workshop equipment management
For all equipment in the workshop, the Equipment Engineer shall prepare corresponding records, arrange regular inspection and make detailed records;
Detailed operation instructions and precautions shall be pasted at the eye-catching place of the equipment, and non professionals are strictly prohibited to operate the equipment;
For some minor faults, the Equipment Engineer shall repair them in time at the first time. In case of major faults, the equipment manufacturer shall be contacted in time to provide after-sales service;

Cleaning method
When cleaning the machine, turn off the power of the machine first. The inside of the machine case shall be cleaned with alcohol after being blown with an ear ball. After being cleaned with wine, it shall be dried in the air before turning on the power supply;
The machine table and rotating part shall be cleaned with alcohol from top to bottom and from inside to outside; Clean the wall, ceiling and machine shell with clean water from top to bottom and from inside to outside;
Epoxy resin floor shall be cleaned with neutral detergent and floor washer, and waxed and maintained regularly;
Overall cleaning sequence
First clean the inside of the machine, then the surface, and then the ceiling, wall and floor.
Ten minutes before the end of each shift, the person in charge of each sanitary area shall clean the area in charge as required, and shall form the habit of cleaning at hand; According to the post arrangement, the production team leader shall conduct daily inspection, and the administrative, quality and production management personnel shall inspect or spot check the cleaning effect of the employees in each area and the temporary cleaning responsible persons who ask for leave and resign but do not make up in time.
A general cleaning shall be carried out once a week, which shall be inspected by the leader of each production team and rechecked by the manager of the production department.
The cleaned garbage shall be stored in the designated place as required and taken out of the purification workshop from the designated channel before work.
